You, personally
What do you actually want, and what is in the way? What does your work look like in a year when AI and your own right hand carry the routine work?
What would I do if the tedious work were gone?
Donki Club is where Kris hosts people and companies in Portugal. A day or a few days of brainstorming about innovation, and about how you reach your goals: for yourself, with your company, or with the people in your company. Sun included, sea next door.

No course and no conference. A table, a few people, the whole day, and Kris who thinks along, pushes back and draws. You arrive with a question. You go home with a direction and a first step.

Where is the brake: offer, business model, time, people? Which innovation is really for you, and which is hype? We draw your company as it runs now and as it could run.
Which of the ten ideas deserves my year?
Bring your team. Same day, same table, but now with the people who will have to do it. What do they want, what can they do, and what do they dare?
How do I bring everyone along without imposing it?
A fixed shape, so the content gets all the room. Outside when we can. Laptop closed until it is needed.
Coffee, a view, and your question in one sentence. We write that sentence up large.
Everything goes on the table: ideas, doubts, numbers, what the competition does. Kris asks the questions nobody asks you at home.
We turn it into one map: where you stand now, where you want to go, and what sits in between.
What you do first, what later, what never. With what it costs and what it brings.
One sheet: the direction, the first step, and who does what. If you want Donki to take over part of it, we arrange that through Donki Works.
